Hey, I'm Amanda and I started my first business in 2009, and it ran profitably for 13 successful years. Fast forward a decade, I took on a struggling business that was losing money every month and on the verge of closing. I discovered it on a Sunday, signed a four-year lease by Thursday, and got to work on my business instead of in the business. I first stabilized the business and then focused on growth by applying and proving my system. In just three years, I doubled its revenue and boosted profits by 28% before selling it.
